Active Children, Active Families brochures

These brochures provide tips for parents to encourage children to be physically active. They include ideas to make activity part of a daily routine, use television time wisely, and advocate for neighborhood improvements to support physical activity.

Download the brochure and distribute to parents by sending home with students or via the PTA. Available for multiple audiences: General Market, American Indian, Hispanic/Latino, and Asian.
