دولت فلسطین یا ریاست فلسطین (State of Palestine) (عربی: دولة فلسطين) [1][2] ایک محدود تسلیم شدہ خود مختار ریاست ہے جس کی آزادی کا اعلان 15 نومبر 1988ء کو تنظیم آزادی فلسطین (Palestine Liberation Organization) اور فلسطینی قومی کونسل (Palestinian National Council) نے کیا تھا۔
