செயல்பாடு இழத்தல்

செயல்பாடு இழத்தல் (Functio laesa) என்பது மருத்துவத்தில் உடல் உறுப்புகள் செயற்பாடு இழத்தலை[1][2] அல்லது உடல் உறுப்புகளின் வழமையான செயற்பாட்டிற்குத் தடையாக இருப்பதைக் குறிக்கப் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் சொல்லாகும்.[3]

செயல்பாடு இழத்தல், கலென் என்பவரால் அழற்சியின் ஐந்தாவது அறிகுறியாக (செல்சசு குறிப்பிட்ட முதல் நான்கு அறிகுறிகள்: தோல் சிவத்தல், சூடாதல், கட்டி, வலி) அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டது[4] என்றாலும் இதைக் கண்டறிந்தது தாமசு[5] மற்றும் ருடோல்ப்[6] எனவும் கலென் கண்டறிந்ததாகக் கூறுவதில் பிணக்குள்ளதாகவும் கருதப்படுகிறது[7].
