Media campaigns to promote health messages are useful in reaching broad segments of the population. CDC’s Arthritis Program recommends two communication campaigns to promote physical activity to relieve the pain and disability associated with arthritis.

Physical Activity. The Arthritis Pain Reliever is a health communications campaign promoting physical activity to Caucasians and African-Americans with arthritis aged 40 to 65 years.

Buenos días, artritis is a health communications campaign designed to reach Spanish-speaking Hispanics with arthritis aged 45 to 64 years.
