صوبہ بلخان

صوبہ بلخان (Balkan Province) (ترکمان: Balkan welaýaty) ترکمانستان کے ولایات (صوبوں) میں سے ایک ہے۔ یہ ملک کے مغربی حصے میں واقع ہے اور اس کی سرحدیں ازبکستان، قازقستان، بحیرہ قزوین اور ایران سے ملتی ہیں۔ اس کا دارالحکومت بلخان آباد ہے۔[1]
