জোসেফ এডওয়ার্ড মুরে একজন মার্কিন প্লাস্টিক সার্জন। ১৯৫৪ সালের ২৩ ডিসেম্বর মানবদেহে তিনিই প্রথম কিডনি প্রতিস্থাপন করেন। তিনি ১৯৯০ সালে চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানে নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন।
