DRH Testimonials - Share Your Story!

Share your story! In 2017, CDC’s Division of Reproductive Health (DRH) will commemorate its 50th anniversary. Since 1967, DRH has grown from one family planning survey to a full program of 200 staff, leading a number of key surveillance, programmatic, and research activities.

Our grantees, partners, and current and former staff have been critical throughout our history. For 50 years, we’ve collaborated to translate data and research into health care practice, public health policy, and health promotion strategies. Without you, our story wouldn’t be complete.

As we recognize this important milestone, we welcome you to help tell our story. Do you have a unique memory or anecdote to tell about your experience with DRH? Please share it with others!

Throughout our anniversary celebrations, your stories may appear online, in printed pieces, or in presentations.

  • Are you a current or former DRH employee?
What brought you to DRH? What are some of your best memories of working in the Division? What are some of the most important projects you worked on? What were some of the lasting contributions you think you left behind? What did you take with you when you left? What advice do you have for other staff?

  • Are you a current or previous DRH grantee or partner?
What are some of the most important projects on which you have collaborated with DRH staff? What impact has resulted from your partnership?
