Phyllis Holditch Niolon, PhD, is Acting Special Assistant to the Associate Director of Science in the Division of Violence Prevention at CDC. Her research focuses on the rigorous evaluation of interventions to prevent intimate partner violence and teen dating violence. She is the lead of the randomized controlled trial evaluating the comparative effectiveness of CDC’s Dating Matters®: Strategies to Promote Healthy Teen Relationships Initiative and serves as a subject matter expert on intimate partner violence and teen dating violence.
