Business Pulse: Lowering Healthcare Costs

Business Pulse: Lowering Costs, Improving Productivity, launched today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Foundation, focuses on how businesses can tackle the burden of rising health care costs. This issue also features an interactive infographic that provides useful facts and links to CDC programs that help employers lower costs and improve productivity and other CDC resources.

The most common and costly conditions include tobacco use, high blood pressure, healthcare-associated infections, asthma, and diabetes. The CDC works with businesses, insurers and doctors to improve health and control costs.
