Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) Development Handbook

This handbook has been written to assist persons who plan, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate for field epidemiology and training programs (FETPs). It should also be of assistance to persons who wish to advocate for an FETP and for persons developing competency-based epidemiology training programs that do not fully meet the definition of an FETP. Each section of this handbook will guide you through the process covered in that section, and we've included various helpful tools and references in the appendices.
