National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP)
CDC’s NDEP website can help you find science-based, tested, culturally appropriate educational resources for working in health settings and communities with people who have or are at risk for type 2 diabetes across a range of racial and ethnic groups.  You also can read find diabetes education training and technical assistance resources. The National Diabetes Education Resource Center database includes fact sheets, toolkits, booklets, CDs, DVDs, webinars and other materials.

Diabetes at Work
Diabetes at Work is specifically designed to address the management of diabetes in the workplace, offering free, easy-to-use tools and strategies that help companies plan, build, implement and evaluate diabetes intervention activities.

Native Diabetes Wellness Program
Learn more about old and new stories highlighting the wisdom of traditional ways of health. The website includes the four “Eagle Books” stories for children by Georgia Perez: Through the Eyes of the Eagle, Knees Lifted High, Plate Full of Color, and Tricky Treats as well as many other educational resources.
