More smokers would quit if state Medicaid programs covered more cessation treatments & removed barriers to coverage.

• Only 9 states (Connecticut, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Vermont) cover all proven treatments for all Medicaid recipients.
