Tune in to safe healthcare: A CDC webinar series

CDC, in collaboration with various clinical partners, presents the webinar series, Tune in to Safe Healthcare, which focuses on a variety of infection control and prevention topics. These webinars feature CDC and external experts and serve as a tool to educate healthcare providers on best practices to improve patient safety. Webinars are offered free of cost with an opportunity to earn continuing education. The webinar series can be viewed on CDC’s Safe Healthcare Webinar Playlist.

Continuing Education Information

If you wish to receive continuing education for completing any of the courses, you must complete a course assessment and evaluation using CDC’s Training and Continuing Education Online (TCEOnline) system. Detailed information regarding obtaining continuing education is provided under each webinar below.

To obtain continuing education:

  1. Access CDC’s Training and Continuing Education Online system.
  2. Login as a new participant OR with your existing participant login.
  3. On the “Participant Services” page, select “Search and Register.”
  4. On the “Online Search” page, type 2720 under “Keyword Search” and click “view.”
  5. A list of webinars will populate. Select this webinar and follow the prompts.
