Future Updates

Is there any plan in the future to use this methodology for more rural cities, for example tobacco use?

Not at the present time.

Is there any future consideration to do estimates for other areas? Smallest counties? San Juan, PR

Not at the present time, although this could be possible in the future depending upon interest and resources.

The health behaviors included now are from the BRFSS annual core questions. In the future, will this include anything from the rotating core such as fruit and vegetable consumption?

We do not have any plans to add variables to the 500 Cities dataset. It may be possible to do so in the future depending upon public health impact, interest, and resources.
