Arteriosclerotic heart disease

Arteriosclerotic heart disease (ASHD), is a thickening and hardening of the walls of the coronary arteries. Atherosclerosis is a potentially serious condition where arteries become clogged with fatty substances called plaques, or atheroma.[1]
