The Public Health Message Quality Framework (PHIN MQF) Team is available to assist users with questions about PHIN MQF. Requests for additional information, technical assistance, enhancement requests, defects, and FAQs can be communicated by sending a request to phinmqfsupport@cdc.gov. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and to provide the resources and materials that assist with the installation and use of PHIN MQF.

Online user documentation is available for each message domain and can be accessed through links on the left navigation panel of the PHIN MQF application. In addition to the User Documentation, dynamic help is available for reference in the right navigation panel of the PHIN MQF application.
