- Prioritizing Pipelines in Data Management- Nishant Kishore, Division of Parasitic Diseases and Malaria (DPDM) – 40 minutes
Malaria Zero has one bold goal: to eliminate malaria from the island of Hispaniola, which includes Haiti and the Dominican Republic, by 2020. Partners include the Ministry of Public Health and Population of Haiti, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of the Dominican Republic, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the CDC Foundation, the Pan American Health Organization, The Carter Center, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. This presentation will discuss the data pipelines developed for the project and their role in increasing user and partner interaction with the system. These include mobile data collection, real time feedback systems, quality assurance and analytic dashboards.
