Exhibit Tear-down/Removal

Exhibitor Check-in
Please check-in at the "Exhibitor Registration" booth prior to entering the exhibit hall.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING

Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall beginning Sunday, December 6, at 8:00 a.m. All exhibits must be installed and ready for the Exhibit Hall opening on Sunday, December 6, at 2:00 p.m. All exhibits must be dismantled immediately following the 5:00 p.m. closing of the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, December 8. All materials must be removed by 7:00 p.m. No dismantling of booths will be allowed prior to the closing of the Exhibit Hall. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Final booth assignments will be made at the discretion of the conference organizers.
