CDC Telebriefing: Vital Signs Report on Listeria Illnesses, Deaths, and Outbreaks — United States, 2009–2011

What

CDC will host a telephone-only media briefing to discuss the new Vital Signs report on foodborne illness from Listeria. The Vital Signs report provides a national snapshot of listeria rates and foods that caused outbreaks between 2009 and 2011, as reported to CDC through three monitoring systems. Learn who is most at risk, how deadly Listeria can be and what needs to be done to protect people from Listeria.
