Routine Immunization

CDC provides ongoing technical support to strengthen Nigeria’s routine immunization program, introduce new vaccines, help the country meet national immunization goals and reduce measles mortality. CDC has helped support the introduction of meningococcal vaccine in high-risk states for meningitis infections through strengthening the routine immunization system.
