NDEP has diabetes prevention and management resources designed specifically for people of Hispanic and Latino ancestry. These resources can be used by community health workers, diabetes educators, and health care providers to meet the needs of this audience.

Use the flipchart, guides, posters, and other resources in the toolkit to talk to people in your community about how they can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. Find training resources to help you use the toolkit and start a community outreach program.
