پنچاک جایا (Puncak Jaya) (تلفظ [ˈpuntʃaʔ ˈdʒaja]) سلسلہ کوہ سودیرمان (Sudirman Range) کی سب سے بلند چوٹی ہے۔ پنچاک جایا انڈونیشیا کے صوبہ پاپوا کے مغربی وسطی پہاڑی سلسلہ میں واقع ہے۔
