خلافت سکوٹو (Sokoto Caliphate) یا سلطنت فولانی (Fulani Empire) سکوٹو کے سلطان (موجودہ: سعد ابوبکر) کی قیادت میں شمالی نائجیریا میں ایک اسلامی روحانی برادری ہے۔ یہ فولانی جنگ کے دوران 1809 میں قائم کیا کی گئی۔[1]
