[1] ஜுப்பிட்டரின் தலையிலிருந்த ஆயுதங்களில் இருந்து இவர் அவதரித்தார்.[2] இவர் கிரேக்கப் பெண் கடவுளான ஏதெனாவிற்கு ஒப்பானவர்.[3] இவர் இசை, கவிதை, மருத்துவம், ஞானம், வர்த்தகம், நெய்தல், கைவினைப்பொருட்கள் மற்றும் மாயாஜாலத்திற்குமான கற்புத் தெய்வம் (Virgin goddess) ஆவார்.[4] இவரது வாகனம் ஆந்தை ஆகும்.
