கீழ் சியாங் மாவட்டம், இந்திய மாநிலமான அருணாசலப் பிரதேசத்தின் மாவட்டங்களில் ஒன்று. இது மேற்கு சியாங், கிழக்கு சியாங் மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து உருவாக்கப்பட்டது[1]
