• Learn the Signs. Act Early - CDC’s Learn the Signs. Act Early. program aims to improve early identification of children with autism and other developmental disabilities so children and families can get the services and support they need. The site includes information on developmental milestones, as well as details for monitoring and screening of developmental delays. The program aims to change perceptions about the importance of identifying developmental concerns early and gives parents and professionals the tools to help.

 - The Administration for Children and Families, within the Department of Health and Human Services, is responsible for federal programs that promote the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities.
• Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration - Project LAUNCH
 , a grant program of the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, seeks to promote the wellness of young children birth to age eight. It focuses on improving the systems that serve young children with the goal of helping all children reach physical, social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive milestones.

 - The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and its member pediatricians dedicate their efforts and resources to the health, safety, and well-being of infants, children, adolescents and young adults. The AAP has approximately 60,000 members in the United States, Canada and Latin America. AAP develops guidelines on a variety of pediatric health issues and distributes a wide range of patient education materials.

 - Parents Anonymous® Inc. is a community of parents, organizations and volunteers committed to strengthening families and building strong communities; achieving meaningful parent leadership and shared leadership; and leading the field of child abuse and neglect.
• Text4baby
 - Text4baby is a free mobile information service designed to promote healthy birth outcomes and to reduce infant mortality among underserved populations. An educational program of the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB), text4baby helps women in having safe and healthy pregnancies by empowering them with information they need to give their babies the best possible start in life. Women who sign up for the service by texting BABY to 511411 (or BEBE for Spanish) will receive free SMS text messages each week, timed to their due date or baby’s date of birth.
