The Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) works collaboratively with the following faith-based organizations to improve the health status of America's racial and ethnic minorities.

General Faith-Based Resources

Interfaith Health Program (IHP)
The Interfaith Health Program was launched in 1992 at The Carter Center following major national studies which identified the key role of faith groups in advancing health of individuals and communities especially through prevention and health promotion.

Government Faith-Based Resources

The White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships
The White House Office of Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships within the Domestic Policy Council works to form partnerships between the Federal Government and faith-based and neighborhood organizations to more effectively serve Americans in need.

HHS, The Center for Faith-based & Neighborhood Partnerships
The HHS Partnership Center leads the department's efforts to build and support partnerships with faith-based and community organizations in order to better serve individuals, families and communities in need.
