GrantSolutions Center of Excellence (COE):

  • Provides training videos
  • Provides technical support through the help desk help@grantsolutions.gov
  • Performs system development, enhancements, operations, and maintenance

CDC’s Office of Grant Services (OGS)

  • Answers policy and process questions
  • Facilitates business process changes to maximize efficiency
  • Maintains user access accounts after initial rollout

CDC’s GrantSolutions Project Management Office:

  • Answers integration questions grantsolutionsinfo@cdc.gov
  • Turns on user accounts for initial rollout
  • Communicates with CDC staff and grant recipients about the rollout
