Community Best Practices - Examples of Successful Influenza Vaccination Programs in Long-term Care (LTC) Settings

You may wish to see how other long-term care (LTC) employers have approached vaccinating their staff against influenza, and what methods may produce higher vaccination rates. Some examples of the best practices used in LTC settings are provided below.

Please Note: We are seeking additional examples of programs that have been particularly effective in increasing influenza vaccination rates of health care workers. If you have a recent (2010-2011 flu season or later) success story or best practices that you would like to share, please submit a summary to fluinbox@cdc.gov.

This section will be updated with new stories as they become available.
