ഫിജിയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനമാണ് സുവ (Suva Fijian pronunciation: [ˈsuβa], सुवा). ഫിജിയിലെ ഏറ്റവുമധികം ജനസംഖ്യയുള്ള മെട്രോ നഗരവുമാണ് വിറ്റി ലെവു ദ്വീപിന്റെ തെക്ക് കിഴക്ക് ഭാഗത്തായി സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഈ നഗരം 1877-ൽ ഈ നഗരത്തിന്റെ ഫിജിയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനമാക്കിത്തീർക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും 18820ൽ ലെവൂകയിൽനിന്നും ഫിജിയുടെ തലസ്ഥാനം സുവയിലേക്ക് മറ്റുകയും ചെയ്തു.
