ഓലക്കണ്ടൻ

തെങ്ങ്, പന തുടങ്ങിയ വൃക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ ഓലയിൽ മുട്ടയിടുന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇവയെ ഓലക്കണ്ടൻ എന്ന് വിളിയ്ക്കുന്നത്. (ശാസ്ത്രീയനാമം: Elymnias caudata).[1][2][3][4][5] ഇവയിൽ പെൺശലഭങ്ങൾ എരിക്ക് തപ്പിയെയും വരയൻ കടുവയേയും അനുകരിക്കാറുണ്ട്. ചീഞ്ഞളിഞ്ഞ പഴങ്ങളാണ് പ്രധാന ആഹാരം.
