Rhodobacteraceae

The Rhodobacteraceae are a family of proteobacteria in the order Rhodobacterales within the alpha subgroup.[1] Like all proteobacteria, they are gram-negative. It contains chemoorganotrophs and photoheterotrophs bacteria. Many occur in aquatic habitats.
