সাদা গণ্ডার
সাদা গণ্ডার or (ইংরেজি: White rhinoceros বা square-lipped rhinoceros) (দ্বিপদ নাম: Ceratotherium simum) হচ্ছে গণ্ডার পরিবারের অন্তর্ভুক্ত একটি স্তন্যপায়ী প্রাণী। এই প্রজাতির গণ্ডার পৃথিবীতে সবচেয়ে বেশি সংখ্যায় টিকে আছে এবং এটির আকার সবচেয়ে বড়। এর প্রশস্ত মুখ খাদ্য গ্রহণের উপযোগী এবং এই প্রজাতিটি সবচেয়ে সামাজিক। এটির দুটি উপপ্রজাতির নাম হচ্ছে দক্ষিণী সাদা গণ্ডার এবং উত্তুরে সাদা গণ্ডার। ২০০৭ সালের শেষে দক্ষিণী সাদা গণ্ডারের সংখ্যা ছিলো ১৭,৪৬০টি। আর উত্তুরে সাদা গণ্ডারের সংখ্যা মাত্র ৭টি যাদের ভেতর চারটি জন্মদানে সক্ষম বয়স্ক গণ্ডার।
