উত্তুরে সাদা গণ্ডার (ইংরেজি: northern white rhinoceros, বা northern square-lipped rhinoceros) (বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম: Ceratotherium simum cottoni) হচ্ছে আফ্রিকা মহাদেশের গণ্ডার পরিবারের অন্তর্ভুক্ত সাদা গণ্ডার প্রজাতির একটি উপপ্রজাতি। এই উপপ্রজাতিটি বর্তমানে বিলুপ্তির শেষ প্রান্তে রয়েছে। এটি অতীতে পূর্ব ও মধ্য আফ্রিকার সাহারা অঞ্চলে পাওয়া যেত। বর্তমানে এটি মহাবিপন্ন এবং বুনো অবস্থায় বিলুপ্ত হয়ে গেছে। এরা আফ্রিকার সাভানা অঞ্চলের ঘাসযুক্ত এলাকায় বিচরণ করে। জন্মদানের ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন আর মাত্র ৪টি গণ্ডার বন্দি-আধাবন্দি অবস্থায় কঙ্গোর ওল পেজেতা সংরক্ষণাগারে রয়েছে।[3][4]

২০ ডিসেম্বর, ২০০৯ সালে চেক প্রজাতন্ত্র থেকে দুটি গণ্ডার কেনিয়ায় স্থানান্তর করা হয়। সেখানে ২০১০ সাল থেকে নবজাতক জন্মানোর চেষ্টায় ব্যর্থ হয়ে ২০১৪ সালের জানুয়ারিতে উত্তুরে সাদা গণ্ডারের সাথে দক্ষিণী সাদা গণ্ডারের সংকরায়ন ঘটানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে যাতে করে ভবিষ্যতে উত্তুরে সাদা গণ্ডার উপপ্রজাতিটির জিনগত বৈশিষ্ট্য টিকিয়ে রাখা যায়।
