রণজিত গুহ

রণজিত গুহ (জন্মঃ ২৩ মে, ১৯২২) দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার একজন ইতিহাসবিদ যিনি ক্ষুদ্র জনগোষ্ঠী নিয়ে ব্যাপক গবেষণা করেছেন,[1] এবং প্রাচীন জনগোষ্ঠী নিয়ে কাজ করা অনেক সংগঠনের সম্পাদক ছিলেন। ১৯৫৯ সালে তিনি ভারত থেকে ইংল্যান্ডে পাড়ি জমান, এবং সাসেক্স বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ইতিহাস বিভাগে রিডার পদে যোগ দেন। বর্তমানে তিনি ভিয়েনা, অস্ট্রিয়াতে বসবাস করেন।[2]

তার রচিত Elementary Aspects of Peasant Insurgency in Colonial India গ্রন্থটি ব্যাপকভাবে ধ্রুব হিসাবে বিবেচিত।[3]
