দি ওভারকোট (রুশ: Шинель, translit. Shinel; কখনও কখনও দ্য ক্লোয়াক হিসাবে অনুদিত হয়) ইউক্রেনীয় বংশোদ্ভূত রুশ লেখক নিকোলাই গোগোলের একটি ছোটো গল্প, যা ১৮৪২ সালে প্রকাশিত হয়। এই গল্প এবং এর লেখক রুশ সাহিত্যে ব্যপক প্রভাব রয়েছে, এবং ফিওদোর দস্তয়েভ্স্কি সে সম্বন্ধে উদ্ধৃতি করে বলেছেন, "আমরা সবাই গোগলের ওভারকোট থেকেই বের হয়ে এসেছি।" এই গল্পে গোগোল তৎকালীন স্বৈরাচারী ভূমিদাস সমাজের জীবন-ছবি এঁকেছেন।
