কণাদ

কণাদ ভারতের একজন হিন্দু ঋষি ও দার্শনিক ।[1] তিনি বৈশেষিক দর্শনের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা-দার্শনিক এবং বৈশেষিক সূত্র নামক দর্শন-গ্রন্থের রচয়িতা । তিনি সম্ভবত ২য় শতকে (খ্রীস্টাব্দ)[2] জীবিত ছিলেন , যদিও কিছু সূত্রমতে তিনি ৬ষ্ঠ শতকে জীবিত ছিলেন ।[3][4] ধারণা করা হয় যে, তিনি ভারতের গুজরাটের প্রবাস ক্ষেত্রে (দ্বারকার নিকটে) জন্মগ্রহণ করেন।
