National Voluntary Accreditation for Public Health Departments

CDC commends the following health departments for achieving national accreditation from the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB). In addition to the recognition that each receives from PHAB, the directors of CDC and of CDC’s Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support send a congratulatory letter to each accredited health department.
