Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Handan Hengyong Protective and Clean Products Co., Ltd. Certificates of Approval for TC-84A-4273, TC-84A-4274, TC-84A-4275, TC-84A-4276, TC-84A-4277, TC-84A-4278, TC-84A-4488, TC-84A-4489, TC-84A-4521, and TC-84A-4522

At the request of Handan Hengyong Protective and Clean Products Co., Ltd., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the certificates of approval for the following filtering facepiece respirators:

As of September 2, 2014, Handan Hengyong Protective and Clean Products Co., Ltd. respirators and private labels bearing the NIOSH approval numbers listed above are no longer approved and may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH approved product. Regardless of the various trade names under which they may be labeled for sale, any and all respirators bearing these approval numbers are subject to this action and are no longer certified by NIOSH.
