Subject: Voluntary Rescission of priMED Medical Products Inc. Certificates of Approval for TC-84A-5535 and TC-84A-6659
At the request of priMED Medical Products Inc., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the certificates of approval for the N95 filtering facepiece respirators:
TC-84A-5535 - models PN4-7064, PN4-7074, and PN4-7084 and
TC-84A-6659 - models PN4-7075, PN4-7065, and PN4-7085.
As of August 5, 2014, priMED Medical Products Inc. respirators bearing the NIOSH approval numbers listed above are no longer approved and may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
