Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Suzhou Fangtian Industries Co., Ltd. Certificates of Approval for TC-84A-5481, TC-84A-5482, TC-84A-5483, TC-84A-5531, and TC-84A-5532
At the request of Suzhou Fangtian Industries Co., Ltd., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the certificates of approval for TC-84A-5481, TC-84A-5482, TC-84A-5483, TC-84A-5531, and TC-84A-5532 for the N95 filtering facepiece respirator models FT-N005, FT-N010, FT-N032, FT-N011, and FT-N006.
As of July 21, 2014, Suzhou Fangtian Industries Co., Ltd. respirators bearing the NIOSH approval numbers listed above are no longer approved and may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
