Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Emany Consulting Certificate of Approvals TC-84A-4177, TC-84A-4191, and TC-84A-4239
At the request of Emany Consulting (ECI), the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded certificates of approval TC-84A-4177, TC-84A-4191, and TC-84A-4239.
As of June 23, 2011, no ECI or private labeled version respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval numbers listed above is approved and will not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
