Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Filligent (HK) Ltd. Certificate of Approval TC-84A-6252
At the request of Filligent (HK) Ltd., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the certificate of approval TC-84A-6252 for the model BF-200-3013AN N95 filtering facepiece respirator.
As of May 19, 2014, Filligent (HK) Ltd. respirators bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above are no longer approved and may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
