Subject: Voluntary Rescission of Jiangyin Changhua Industrial Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Certificate of Approval TC-84A-5230
At the request of Jiangyin Changhua Industrial Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (JCM), the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded certificate of approval TC-84A-5230.
As of April 25, 2012, no JCM or private label version respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved and it may not be manufactured, assembled, sold or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
