NCHHSTP 2013 Annual Report

April 28, 2014

Dear Colleague,

I am pleased to announce the recent publication of the NCHHSTP Annual Report 2013, which highlights the Center’s priorities and achievements. The report is available for downloading on the NCHHSTP Internet website at https://www.cdc.gov/nchhstp.

The NCHHSTP Annual Report 2013 marks the seventh year of reports on the Center’s activities. Many accomplishments and activities are covered, including the Know More Hepatitis B campaign, the Reasons/Razones bilingual campaign to promote HIV testing among Latino gay and bisexual men, additional guidance for use of HIV Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), guidance on an anti-TB drug that offers a new tool against drug-resistant TB, and new funding opportunity announcements for STD prevention and school health.

These achievements were made possible by the tremendous support, engagement, and collaboration of the NCHHSTP staff and our partners working in other federal agencies, non-governmental organizations, and communities across the country and around the world.

I would like to thank all of you for a tremendous year and encourage you to share this report with your colleagues and other interested partner organizations.

Sincerely,

/Jonathan Mermin/
