Reminder/Recall
An important component of an immunization provider practice is ensuring that vaccines reach all individuals who need them. Reminder/Recall systems are tools that help providers work toward this goal. While attention to appropriate vaccine administration is essential, it cannot be assumed that these vaccinations are being given to every eligible person at the recommended age.
