விரால் அடிப்பான்
விரால் அடிப்பான் (osprey, Pandion haliaetus) என்பது ஒரு பகலாடி, மீன் உண்ணும் கொன்றுண்ணிப் பறவை ஆகும். இது ஒரு பெரிய கொன்றுண்ணிப் பறவையும், 60 cm (24 in) நீளத்திற்கு மேற்பட்டதும், சிறகுக்கு குறுக்காக 180 cm (71 in) அளவும் உள்ளது. மேற்பக்கத்தில் பழுப்பு நிறமும் கீழ்ப்பக்கத்திலும் தலைப்பகுதியில் சாம்பல் நிறமும் காணப்படும்.
