மெகாபைட்டு

மெகாபைட்டு என்பது அனைத்துலக முறை அலகுகளின் மெகா என்னும் முன்னொட்டை பைட்டு என்பதோடு சேர்ப்பதால் உருவானதாகும். இது கணினிகளின் தகவல் அளவு மற்றும் சேமிப்பளவைக் குறிப்பதற்காகப் பயன்படுகின்றது. பொதுவாக 106 [1]= 1048576 பைட்டுகள் = 10002 பைட்டுகள் = 10242 என்ற கணினியின்நினைவிடத்தைக் குறிக்கப் பயனாகிறது.[2][3]
