জর্জ রবার্ট গ্রে
জর্জ রবার্ট গ্রে (৮ জুলাই, ১৮০৮ – ৬ মে, ১৮৭২) একজন ব্রিটিশ প্রাণীবিজ্ঞানী ও প্রকৃতিবিদ। তিনি আরেক স্বনামধন্য প্রকৃতিবিদ জন অ্যাডওয়ার্ড গ্রে'র অনুজ এবং উদ্ভিদবিদ স্যামুয়েল ফ্রেডরিক গ্রে'র (১৭৬৬–১৮২৮) পুত্র। তিনি একচল্লিশ বছর যাবৎ তৎকালীন ব্রিটিশ মিউজিয়াম, বর্তমান লন্ডন ন্যাচারাল হিস্ট্রি মিউজিয়ামের পক্ষীবিজ্ঞান বিভাগের প্রধান ছিলেন।

জর্জ রবার্ট গ্রে'র সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সৃষ্টি ছিল জেনেরা অফ বার্ডস (১৮৪৪–৪৯)। গ্রন্থটিতে প্রায় ৪৬,০০০ তথ্যসূত্র লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়েছিল। মার্চেন্টস টেইলর স্কুলে তিনি অধ্যয়ন করেন।[1]
