ডিয়েটার নহলেন (জন্ম ৬ নভেম্বর ১৯৩৯, ওবেরহাউসেন-এ)[1] হচ্ছেন একজন জার্মানি পণ্ডিত এবং রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞানী।[2] তিনি বর্তমানে হেইডেলবার্গ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অর্থনৈতিক ও সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান অনুষদের রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞানী এমেরিটাস অধ্যাপক হিসেবে নিয়োজিত আছেন। তিনি নির্বাচনী ব্যবস্থা এবং রাজনৈতিক উন্নয়ন সম্পর্কে একজন বিশেষজ্ঞ। তিনি বিভিন্ন বইও প্রকাশ করেছেন।[3]
